Το σχήμα του θυμίζει ρόδα. Δημιουργήθηκε για τον ποδηλατικό γύρο μεταξύ Παρισιού Βρέστης κι αποτελείται από φρεσκοψημένη ζύμη choux με τραγανή επικάλυψη από craquelin. Εσωτερικά θα βρείτε πλούσια praline feuilletine (δίνοντας μια crunchy νότα) κι εξωτερικά βελούδινη κρέμα mousseline αρωματισμένη με πραγματική πραλίνα φουντουκιού κάνοντας το Paris Brest ανάρπαστο. 

Its shape resembles a wheel. It was created for the cycling race between Paris and Brest and consists of freshly baked choux with a crispy craquelin topping. Inside, you will find rich praline feuilletine (adding a crunchy note) and on the outside, velvety mousseline cream flavored with real hazelnut praline, making the Paris Brest irresistible.
